Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
On your device by default. There is no account or cloud sync in the launch version.
How do exports work?
Choose an export inside the app, then use the iPhone share sheet to save or send a CSV or JSON file.
What does Apple Health access do?
It is optional and read-only. With permission, the app can show weight, sleep, and heart-rate context. It never writes to Apple Health.
Does Peptide++ send reminders?
Any reminders are local to your device and optional. The app does not use them to make recommendations.
How do widgets work?
Widgets show selected local information from the app. They do not add data to Apple Health or send data to a server.
How do I reset or delete local data?
Use the in-app reset or delete controls. Deleting the app also removes its local data; exported files remain wherever you saved them.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@peptideplusplus.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, a description of what happened, and screenshots if helpful.
